This service is slightly higher than standard ground or air shipping, but it is by far the most convenient and recommended option. Costs generally start around $600, depending on the airline, transporter, and in-cabin fees. For those who prefer ground transport, specialized carriers are available year-round to safely deliver your Border Collie puppy to your home. These companies are experienced professionals who regularly work with breeders and have excellent reputations for reliability and care. Puppies are fed, watered, and walked during the journey, and their comfort and safety are always prioritized.
While ground transport is an option, we strongly recommend in-cabin air transport, as it significantly shortens travel time and reduces stress for the puppy. All Windwhirl Border Collie puppies receive a full veterinary health check prior to travel and are provided with a travel health certificate if required. We will never transport a puppy—by air or ground—if there is any risk to their health or safety.
